Question about Microwave Ovens
The key pad won't work. I did some research here and cleaned it, and the clock time at least shows now, but nothing else works. Please advise!
My keypad does not work. It keeps tellng me to press start. My clock works and the vent fan button as well as the turntable works as well as the clock. When I unplugged it from the wall, itworked for 2 seconds. Theres a little battery signal on my panel that looks like its charging up.

The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
You may have a problem with the keypad or the control unit (circuit board / smart board).
