Question about Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2008 for Windows Full Version for PC (403697)

I cannot print statements from Quickbooks. I can print invoices, but from the statement screen I cannot preview, print or email. A screen pops up quickly that shows it's ''sending'' it but nothing happens.

If you do not want your statements to reflect any payments, go to the top of your tool bar, click on Edit, go down to "Preferences", find the "Sales and Customers", go to "Company Preferences", and at the bottom you have the option to "Automaticly apply Payments", make sure that is not checked.

You have to create a different item for each charge. eg maintenace fee, garbage collection, assesment etc. You bill each client with the diferrent items. You can have QuickBooks automatically charge for recurring items by memorizing the transaction.

That would depend on whether you are looking at the P&L on a cash basis, or Accrual. On Accrual basis, the Invoice adds to the income, not the payment.

I use Quickbooks Ver. 7.4 which prints to a Dell 1320C colour laser. For all reports, the printing is fine, but when I print the BAS statement I just get 2 blank pages. I should mention that the BAS...


Update your printer drivers, and quickbooks to the latest versions. A quick round about solution is to install a pdf printer (bullzip pdf or pdf forge) and print the report to that printer to create a pdf. Then print the pdf with your 1320c printer.

Quickbooks Pro 2007 Printing Blank Invoices


Go 'Lists' and then open 'Templates', double click on the product invoice and make sure the invoice is 'Active'.
Qbooks saves printer settings for each feature, regardless of which is set as 'default' in Windows...be sure you have the correct printer selected.
If the above are set correctly, go to HP's website and download the latest driver for your printer.

How do i get a customers old unpaid invoice to show up automaticaly on his new invoice?


Under Creat Statements, change your "Statement Period" dates to include last months invoices for the rent. Once you have don that, and picked your customer to send the invoice to, then click on preview. This should show you the statement and should have the right charges on it if they were invoiced.
