My OKI Microline 320 Turbo Printer is not striking like it used too, thus my 3 page invoices are unreadable on pages 2 & 3. This just started happening, printer is about 4 years old. How do you adjust print head? What does the "Head Gap" positions on ribbon cartridge represent?
Your help is greatly appreceiated.

if you take the cover off on the left or right on the bar the bar where the carriage and head ride, there is a tab that will adjust the head gap, be careful if you get it 2 tight you my damage the print head
also I've see this be a bad head, pins not fireing all the way out.

forgot to mention that the head gap adjustment is a blue tab on the carriage, what I first described is an internal adjustment only done by techs if the carriage adjustment is not acceptable
