Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Your only hope to fix this on your own is if the unit has a reset hole somewhere that you can activate by inserting a small straight object such as an unfolded paper clip. Otherwise, the unit needs to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. If you're under warranty, it should only cost you shipping at most. If you're not under warranty, call the manufacturer to find out if they have any out of warranty options so that you don't have to simply throw it away.
