Question about Kenneth Cole Watches
If I do understand what you are saying, the 12 o'clock mark on dial moved to 3 o'clock position?
If that's right, your watches dial has broken feet and this is why it has moved (and will move again). The only solution to this is to repair the dial feet or even to replace the whole dial. None of these you can do it yourself, so, find the nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.
