Question about Fujitsu fi-5530C Scanner
I'm going to ASSUME you are using FileCabinet CS™ professional suite.
If you are not then please email me the exact version of software that you are using.
Since I do know what version you are using so I will give you a quick check list.
I'm ASSUMING you are using Microsoft Window XP Professional on a PC.
Clean any program that your are not need right now. To keep the screen less confusing,
Check the clock and date to make sure it's correct.
FileCabinet CS™ professional suite use the system clock time to time stamp scanned files.
Right Click Start
If you can get hold of the person who installed this software it will speed up the following steps.
Click on c:
click on Program Files
look for FileCabinet CS fold or a folder related to the scanning software.
THE PERSONAL WHO INSTALL THIS PROGRAM WILL BE VERY HELPFUL HERE.
enter the FileCabinet CS (or similar) folder and sort the item by date,
Did you create entered a name for this project/scan?
Look for that name
If you find the folder with the RIGHT name then enter it and look for the scanned files.
The file creation time should match the approximate time you scanned.
Open all the files and see are these the right files.

Remove your scanner from the PC and uninstall the software. Now reinstall the software and connect the scanner to be detected and installed. Check scanner properties to see the settings.
If the fault stays get intouch with Fujitsu dealer.
