Question about Toshiba A15-S1292 Notebook
Have you made any changes to your bios? usually when i see this come up the bios has been changed or the hard drive has gone bad. you can try unscrewing the panel on the bottom of your toshiba that has a cylinder looking symbol next to it to check the hard drive. but most of the time like i said, this happens is because the hard drive is not being recognized/checking in during P.O.S.T. which usually means bad hard drive
