Be careful. Mostly scam. If they want you to pay then ask them to prove every thing in writing. Name, address,
birthday, social security, driver license number and your signature. (Signature must be original of any document that they say you sign) Not photo copy !
But if they ask you any question in writing or verbal like:
Is it your birthday Feb. 15th 1984..? Do not answer any question ! Do not tell them any thing or correct it like : (No my birthday is Jan. 10th 1983)
And do not send them any information!
-If you tell them the correct answer . This is just to make them to collect more identity to against you.
-Don't be afraid any thing of them, if you did not use or do any thing about them. Be strong and talk to your closed family, friend and relative about this situation or may be your lawyer if you have one. Or may be some one like me.

Good luck

Unless you have actually used the services of the company in question you do not have to pay anything.

Chances are it's a spam email, do not reply to it.

What is the Best Online Payment Gateway System to Handle the Daily Deal Transactions?

Each individual daily deal website tends to use a different payment gateway service. The main ones are:
  • Groupon- Global Payments
  • LivingSocial - Paypal, Visa Checkout, and Masterpass
  • SlickDeals - Outside payment service
There is no need to sign up to every one of these services to pay for or sell daily deals. Choosing the best online payment gateway for your needs will depend upon your services, location, or bank. PayUmoney, for example, is an ideal service for vendors based in India.
Once you find the best payment gateway service for your requirements, you can stick with them for all of your domestic and international payments. Buying from other websites also only requires your own bank account details as the payment gateway will process your transaction even if you don't have an account with them. The large daily deal companies use third party services which are optimized for a range of different countries, bank cards, and foreign currencies.
