you used to use a 700E type
you replaced with a 700P type
perhaps look for the 700E type that matches the older type you have
i would assume the last letter is the series ident so the one you replace it will it newer
perhaps doesnt communicate in the same exact way
Turn key to Prg mode for date punch in todays date, example June 13 2014 would be 061314 and depress the # key.
The time in Program mode would be for 9:45 Am 0945 and depress the QTY/Date Key. for PM you would use military time such as 3:00 PM would be 1500. Hope this helps.
