People are really going to kick themselves if they read this and have already thrown the tv away!! Try this fix, I had exactly the same problem as everyone else but every tv I swapped it with did the same thing so then I thought, I wonder if there is a remote somewhere being pressed down underneath something? So I covered up the sensor with a piece of blutack and boom the problem stopped and my tv started working perfectly ?? although I still haven’t found the remote in question but hey my tv works
Gate7, your main board in the TV may be bad and may need to be replaced. Try this RE SET procedure first, turn the TV on so you have a picture,then
