Question about Aiwa CDC-MP3 CD Player

Ejects CD every time it is turned on

My brother and I recently transferred my CD player to a different car, and hard wired it without using a harness (which we have done a few times before). However, everytime I start up my car, the CD is ejected and the CD player is off. It then turns on when I push the CD back in, and starts at the beginning.

I realize this is probably some simple wiring mistake, as it seems to not remember where it was each time the power to it is cut. Also, sometimes if I only turn off the car for a minute or so, it wont eject the CD but will still start at the beginning.

Any help with what mistake we could have made when wiring and how to fix it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you have got the permanent live and the switched ignition live the wrong way round. if you check which positive 12v supply goes off when you turn the ignition off and remove the key and connect that one to the one which stays 12v when the key is turned off and vice versa that should solve your problem

How to wire cd player up in 2000 chevrolet malibu

I just discovered there are wiring harness adapters as I used one on my car to install a new cd player recently. I found this one on the internet not sure if it is the same car you have.
then you can buy a harness adapter from this adapter to the make of cd player like as an example Kenwood Cd player adapter.

A car auto store may know about these wiring harness adapters the advantage of using them is it makes it easy to install the cd player and if you ever decide to change the cd player in the future you can buy the adapter suited to the future player and plug it into the malibu car wiring adapter as the car adapter converts the factory wiring into a universal wiring standard.

A tip
make sure the radio and cd player works and the climate control work properly before completely re assembling the dash board .

How hard would it be to put a different cd player in my 2003 Monte Carlo SS ??

It is very simple actually. What you will need is a face plate, an aftermarket wire harness and the skills to connect this wire harness to the new CD player harness, they are usually color coded so very simple. TO remove you stock CD player you will need to pry off the plastic surround then there are 4, 7mm bolts that will need to be taken out and the stock CD player will pull out. Unclip the wire harness and antenna

I would like 2 connect mazda wire harness to nextar ncd50.HOW CAN I CONNECT that can u plz explain me

It depends on if you have an after market wiring harness that adapts the factory harness to the new cd player, or trying to hard wire into the factory wires in the car. First off, if you don't have a aftermarket harness, i would strongly suggest picking one up from Wal-Mart or automotive store, they are around $20 and save a lot of time. If hooking up this way, you just have to match the color wires to the same color of wires on the cd player. Red to Red, which is power, Yellow to Yellow which is Constant power, Black to Black which is Ground, Blue is only used when you have a power antenna that goes up when the car is turned on or if you have a amplifier, you can hook up the remote power to it, otherwise, leave it off. Then you will have your speaker wires which the fronts are White and White/Black, and Grey and Grey/Black. The rears are Green and Green/Black and Purple and Purple/Black. The ones with the Black striped go with the other matching colors with the black stripe. Then you would just plug in the factory harness to the aftermarket, and aftermarket to the cd player. If you are trying to hard wire into the factory wires, you will have to cut of the harness, find a Haynes or Chilton book at an automotive store and find what wires are what and use the color codes from above to hook back up, factory wires are always different colors. Once again, I strongly advise not to do it this way though. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Your best bet on that one is to go to a place that sells car audio systems or even some autoparts retailers have them, and get the proper adapter harness already made up. A few more dollars but, a whole lot less headaches.

Tail and dashboard fuse keeps blowning

unhook black wire from harness and the ground from pioneer unit install the ground wire from pioneer unit to frame of car (you may need extra wire to do this) make sure the black wire from pioneer unit is bolted to frame of car not to the harness black wire........fuses will no longer blow and you will have your lights.
hope this helped

ILO XM-MP3-CD Car Stereo wiring

they all use the same colors. Every CD/DVD player manufacturer uses the same color scheme on all the same wires.

If you're asking what the right wires are in your car i'd get a wiring harness and just match up the wires and plug it in.

However if you're just going to cut off the car wiring harness and splice everything in go to and use the guides they have.
