what you need to do is install the asio4all driver then select file, adio midi settings and where it says behringer audio codec click the arrow and select asio4all then click the configure button and in the wdm list you must activate all the items under audio codec and the audio speaker under High Definition audio device this will allow it to work through the speakers, or just leave it how it is and plug in a set of headphones. make note though that your speakers will play nothing else but the guitar sound. all other music internet sounds, the lot will no longer work as your ucg102 is high jacking your sound card to produce the sound from your guitar. hope this helps.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by deleted sound. I'll run some questions by you to clarify.
-checked to see that all of your speaker cables are plugged in correctly and that your speakers are functioning properly
-have you checked to see that everything is turned on and has power running to it
-are you running XP/Vista/Linux/OSx?
-have you recently installed any audio codecs or soundcard drivers?
-if you go to your startbar, and look at the speaker icon in the bottom right corner, right click and select open volume controls, check to see if anything is muted or has the volume down
it sounds as if your MoBo is seeing the video adapter as a source of ram. if that is the case, then installing memory in units of 1Gb will cause a stick to not be seen, therefore utilized. you may want to refer to you manual for memory limits and poosible comparibility issues. they are usually quite in depth. also, make sure that they are all the same make model and speed. these issues have wreaked havoc on the prettiest of pc's.
First be sure that the ram (ecc)you have purchased is compatible with your motherboard and that it will take a total of 4 gig,make sure you earth yourself out on the case before going inside the pc (static electricity can damage electronic components)check that you have not accidentallyloosened any data or power cables, check cpu & fan is seated correctly and working : then
put back the old ram and try booting up,(if still no good),
put things back to the way it was before the changes,
make sure everything is working as before (refer to the above)
trying the new ram, if ok
this will identify if it is the ram the cpu, or some other problem
it is a good idea when upgrading the pc to do one thing at a time so that it is easier to identify any problems that crop up.
If you are running 32-bit Windows, you must live with it. You will not ever see all 4GB of RAM you've paid for.
If you are running 64-bit Windows, you may have to live with it. Depending on your motherboard's chipset, your system may support memory remapping. If so, you will be able to use all 4GB of RAM.
Detailed: Due to an architectural decision made long ago, if you have 4GB of physical RAM installed, Windows is only able to report a portion of the physical 4GB of RAM (ranges from ~2.75GB to 3.5GB depending on the devices installed, motherboard's chipset & BIOS).
This behavior is due to "memory mapped IO reservations". Those reservations overlay the physical address space and mask out those physical addresses so that they cannot be used for working memory. This is independent of the OS running on the machine.
Significant chunks of address space below 4GB (the highest address accessible via 32-bit) get reserved for use by system hardware:
• BIOS – including ACPI and legacy video support
• PCI bus including bridges etc.
• PCI Express support will reserve at least 256MB, up to 768MB depending on graphics card installed memory
What this means is a typical system may see between ~256MB and 1GB of address space below 4GB reserved for hardware use that the OS cannot access. Intel chipset specs are pretty good at explaining what address ranges gets reserved by default and in some cases call out that 1.5GB is always reserved and thus inaccessible to Windows.
