I have a trojan on my labtop need help removing it do i need to go into safe mode? if so what do i need to do?
Press repeatedly the F8 button while restarting ...Then the safe mode menu will come ..

you need to press F8 while the pc is booting for a startup in safe mode, then when in safe mode select start windows in safe mode, go to my computer, properties>system restore tab and turn off system restore and then run the scan again as these trojans cannot be deleted when the pc is in normal use.
If your antivirus finds them but cannot heal, make a note of the file that has the trojan and then search for the file and delete it manually.
Ensure after the trojans are deleted that you tuirn system restore back on
