My Sharp Aquos picture is varying shades of pink. Is there a way to get the regular picture back?

Sounds like you are running component(RGB cable). If so make sure that the G(green) and B(blue) are connected properly. Sounds like only the red cable is plugged in all the way. Also jiggle the cable to see if it changes. If this changes the picture you may have bad cable and it will need replacing.

Spetroniq 42"lcd screens black no picture no

Sounds like maybe power supply, but I would check with flashlight 2 in from screen when the green light comes on to see if you have a picture, if so then you have a bad inverter board, if not then power supply problems. You can look for bad or bulged caps in PS

Sounds like you need to replace the lamp. The owners manual should show you how to replace the lamp. You can order the lamp through Sony on their website. Good Luck

TV Picture Goes Black

I had the same exact problem.
I removed the bulb and cleaned it. There is a small screen at the top of the bulb and it was covered with dust. Once it was cleaned I replaced the bulb and it solved the problem.
Thanks to those who posted the solutions
