Plugged 120v home theater into 220v outlet

No. I wouldn't suggest trying that. It would be hazardous to your health and I seriously doubt you would be able to troubleshoot it. My question is, the power cords are nothing alike between 220 and 120 volts. How did you even plug it in? For more information, or should you have any further questions, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. You may contact me directly through the website. Thank you.

I accidentally plugged in my pulmoneb in a 220v outlet

plugging a 110v device into a 220v outlet is not likely, as the plugs are a different configuration. In the event that you somehow managed to do that, your device is probably fried, as that would be to much voltage. Hate to say it; but you are probably gonna need a new one

I ACCIDENTALLY PULLED MY VACCUM CORD OUT OF THE OUTLET AND BENT ONE OF THE PRONGS TO THE PLUG. nOW IT WILL NOT FIT IN ANY OUTLET, HOW DO I FIX?

There is no reason why you cannot straighten it. Use a pair of pliers and carefully bend the prong until it is parallel to the other one. Plugs are made of pretty resilient material these days so the plastic should not break, but be careful.
