My lyca sim is block and I want to unblock - Cell Phones

** one can block the sims...only the network...smart,globe and sun center..

and it this an att phone cus if it is u can call att custmer care and they will be able to give u the puk number or u can go online and click on phone/devises at the top of the screen and click for the puk number and it will also give u the puk number there and that will unlock the sim card
