Check its main power supply board's output voltages. It sounds that the output voltages comes out of it is too low that it should be.

Hello sorry If unit was subject to lightning.The only way would be to replace main board .But if you have not tried to reset tv.You can try to reset tv bu unpluging it for about 15 seconds .Then try that.Before you unplug unit.Unplug all inputs from tv .Once tv is pugged back in.Then plug in your inputs.Please let me know..Thanks
