Most dvd players no longer have parts available to repair them. There are some exceptions for expensive, high-end units, but generally the repair of a dvd player will quickly outpace the value of the unit which is why most companies don't have replacement parts available.
However, if you want to full investigate the possibility of purchasing replacement parts, contact the manufacture as they would be the only ones with access to what you're looking for.
