I purchase two new blue carnival tumblers and paid for them. Suddenly they disappeared from my purchase history and I can't find them anywhere on eBay.

Hello Betty Woodaman,

You have (at least) two (2) very powerful
remedies available to get a FULL REFUND.

Transactions that "Suddenly disappeared"
with your money are not a SUPPORTED
transaction...

You need only look up your EMAIL transaction
confirmations... (on the date of sale)...

Click on the e-mail item and got to your
transaction HISTORY...

If no such entry can be traced ... you can
call (telephone) or CONTACT a resolution agent...
Have your item number ready...

I;m not sure of your question. You can't void a completed transaction but you can refund it by using the key and following the refund process. You can also correct erroneous inputs while still in the same transaction. Below is a link to the user manual. http://www.casio4business.com/sa/products/downloads/manuals/SM-T274-e.pdf
