i insert the Red bridge multi in one memory card reader then the error coming as the usb device not recognised can u please send me the solution

Which Windows version are you using 98, ME, XP or Vista?
Try pluging the card reader into another computer (xp or Vista) and if you get the same error message, the card reader could be faulty.
