Question about Canon imageCLASS MF4370 Black and White Copier
I cleared a paper jam and followed all the reset instructions but the printer thinks there is still a jam and continues to give error message that a jam is still there. I have checked and recheck and I cannot find any jam. Help
Common problem on this unit. Most of the time the paper sensor pops out. The bad news is to fix this problem you have to disassembly the whole printer. Takes around two hours. Don’t start to do it if you have no experience.

Mine does the same thing.Try opening all the doors on it and then closing it. For some reason the printer wants to know you have checked all the doors. Also take out the toner drum and check there. If that doesn't work try unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Good luck....hope it helps.
