Question about Philips Televison & Video
Hey, I'm trying to pair Philips us2-pm335 universal remote with Citizen JDVD3838 DVD player, but the advice I've been finding online hasn't been helping;
I read online that using the philips magnavox pm335 codes available in the manual below, and I just need to put 0 in front of it. I tried all of them, neither using 0 nor 1 worked for me.
I also tried using the code provided by philips here, and it does do something with the dvd player, but the keys positions aren't correct; http://www.urc.philips.com/find_baseCode.asp?setupDocId=543&efsetupDocId=-1&asDocId=543&readDocId=-1 And I tried using the "press 'chan up' until it works" advice that the guide below gives, and I believe it could work eventually, but the TV responds before the DVD player and it's tedious so that's not working for me. http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/u/us2-pm335/us2-pm335_dfu_eng.pdf
I've been researching for a while, and I don't know if it's ever going to be solved, but anything would be of assistance, so thank you in advance.
I show 1908 on my Philips code list. If you use the code search routine and nothing works, even partially, you may have to try a different universal remote. All universal remotes do not store all possible code.
