Brand new laptop and when switched on for the first time message pops up during setup. It says 'the computer restarted unexpectedly or encounted error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install...

try reseating memory modules, see if nay change, if no, then try the modules individually, one may be bad.
Try running system in safe mode (F8 at boot) see if it will get past issue

Hello :

You web browser is not stable . Here is what to do : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download internet explorer again andinstall it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will solvethe problem . any way , why don't you try other internet communicationsoftwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are great also .I advice you to have more than one internet communication software . Ialready have three just in case if one of them is corrupted . I have (Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome ) . just try the ideaand you'll be satisfied with the result

I have been using my r4i card with no problems then 1 day it stoped working displaying a error message press and hold the power button to turn the system off. what has happened and how do i get it to work...

This message occurs because, even if you are not on the internet, many of the internal pages in Qb use Internet Explorer.

Actually this is problem for IE 8 webpage cannot open or working stop then restart close the browser..

Try Go To Tools, Internet options in General ..clear all history.browser...... then Go to security make it defualt the internet.

right click to internet explorer and select properties and goto advanced tab and then select restore defaults and then close the internet explorer and then open the IE
