I have never owned a fridge freezer so have no experience to draw on apart from a sketchy knowledge of the principles involved.
I just wanted to mention that food remaining frozen at -2 C or even -6 C doesn't mean the food will remain safe to eat indefinitely, in fact the safe life of food at those temperatures will be about the same as in the freezer compartment of the old fashioned fridge - a matter of a few weeks to a couple of months.
The safe and almost indefinite storage of freezer food requires temperature of -25/-27 C
I suggest you obtain service for your fridge freezer...
best setting are fridge +2C to +5C...freezer -18C to -20C.the super button takes the freezer even colder to fast freeze fresh food.

YOUR EVAPORATOR IN THE FRESH FOOD SECTION IS LEAKING FREON. THIS IS COMMON WITH EVAPORATORS IN THIS AREA. 12 PART WARRANY OR 6 YEAR FULL ON THIS. SUB ZERO HAS SUPERIOR CUSTOMEER SERVICE AND MAY COVER FULLY IF OUT OF THE 6TH YEAR. 1-800-222-7820 CALL THEM AND ASK.
Turn the second knob at the top to off (freezer knob) turn the fridge freezer off. Then turn it back on. That may sort it. Or you may need to totally defrost the machine as there could be some ice blocking some vents. May need to remove the back panel of the freezer for this (inside).
If the fan motor is defective now it is no longer covered by warranty. You may have to call the people who resolved the problem in the first place to take care of it again.
