Suddenly, "NO DISC" readout when attempting to play DVD through this unit,which was purchased in 2002. ??? Suggestions, please.

I have the same problem.

My system just started having the same problem. It will not play any disk like the region number of the unit somehow got changed. No where in the manual does it address this or state how to reset the region of the unit. I did use a cleaner on the system and it did not help.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
