Hi FLipper, You Insert a DSVD and get it start then press the select button to get the menu up. Go to settngs and Custom setup, Get into parental and use Code 7444. You will have to enter it twice. Then set your parental setting to OFF so you do not have to warry about it again.

if you can flash a new bios for it i think the password you have set will disappear, atleast it did that on my on my hp v6154

Go to Safe mode using the F8 key.
( Shut down the computer --> Now turn on the system and keep tapping the F8 key on the system.--> you will receive the windows Advance option--> choose the Safe mode option and hit enter--> choose the your operating system and hit enter..)
In safe mode if the computer prompts to enter the Administrator account --> Do not put any thing and hit enter --> that means use Blank Password and hit enter. If it works perfect follow the further steps. If it does not choose another account if exist.
In safe mode :-
steps 1:-
click on start--> run-->control userspasswords2 hit enter. Now the window which opens up--> uncheck the option which says :- Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer.
after unchecking it hit apply button at the botton and hit ok.
Now when you restart the computer will not ask you the Password and will take you directly to the Account.
once you are in you can remove the Password through the user accounts in control panel.
