Question about Seagate FreeAgent Go 250 GB USB 2.0 Hard Drive
When I plug in hard drive, the light on the side comes on, I can hear it running, but then it does nothing. I have had the hard drive for 2 years, and this is the first problem I have had. I have all my photos on it. HELP PLEASE!!!
Try another pc, mine won't work on one machine however works on another. Weird I know, but mine is brand new so I believe it to be my computer, not my drive.

It sounds like your hard drive is all locked up my friend. Unplug it now to prevent further damage.
Don't worry any many cases you can have the data retrieved from your hard drive by using this online company that I highly recommend:

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
