ATT will not come off with the remote. I have changed the batteries in it. Is there another way to get the ATT off so we can hear our music?

There should be an option to switch between ATT and MUTE in the settings MENU, were you able to locate that one and nothing??

First thing I can suggest to try is unplug it and remove the memory battery.

Try to do a hard reset, and unplug the device from the electrical outlet for sometime and turn it back on

there might be connection problem with the remote signal input device or the remote is not working. Might make a change with battery or remote itself.

att stands for attenuation. fancy name for mute basically.

with putting unlock code in, mostaly provider wil give you unlocking code after one year for free by giving from your imei number , you wil get imei with pressing *#06# or under battery compartment it displayd

first try new batteries and be sure you have pressed the AT&T mode button at the top left of the remote - if you still have issues then on the sharp tv menu - turn off any energy saver mode, Optical Picture Control, taking the picture mode from dynamic or vivid to standard, and if that doesn't work - try changing the backlight settings if your tv has one.

1343 or 1005 are the codes - press the TV mode button and the OK button together - the release at the same time - the top row of mode buttons needs to blink twice - then enter the code - the TV button should blink 2 times - try the power and volume buttons - if it worked then be sure to press the ATT mode button again after so you can change the channels

need to get u new remote on ebay they have them or remotewarehouse online what model do u have have u try changing battery in it 1st
