SOURCE: Krups model KM7005 water wont heat

Mine had the same problem ... all the lights are on, but no heating on the plate, and no dripping of water.

After a weekend on the workbench, I've mastered this machine. The KM7005 has 2 x MicroTemp G4 thermal cutoff (TCO) fuses which interrupt the Live line, for overheat protection. Mine didn't overheat per se, but the TCO blew anyway. Not reset-able ... need to be replaced with a soldering iron. I'll be happy to advise you to fix this, or fix it for you. Write me at [email protected].

SOURCE: hot tub pump flo-master hp suddenly wont start.

The fault is most likely to be the condensor. They can and do fail at an early age.

You don't need to dismantle the pump, on the rear of the pump you'll find a slot on the motor shaft which can be turned with a screwdriver.

If you've only just reffiled the hot tub it could also be an airlock.

Ian.

SOURCE: ENGINE IDLES ROUGH IVE CHANGED PLUGS WIRES COIL

You might want to look at that injector for that cylinder.I worked on a GMC Jimmy that did the same thing and I also changed all the sensors come to find out that my injectors and the spider assembly needed to be changed.

SOURCE: J-300 won't heat. FLO readout

FLO = It typically for a Flow Switch or pressure switch (heater is deactivated. Pump may also be deactivated).
It is most likely a flow/pressure switch failure.

Before you buy a replacement try running the spa with out the filter cartridge - Checking if dirty cartridge is the issue. Also check that all gate valves are all the way open & locked.

2 Hot plates have stopped working wont switch on

Age? 20 years? Double check plug, wiring at the plug. My Toaster just gave up at that wire plug junction. Same thing at connections to switches are possible. If at plug just install a new plug although a new cord with plug may solve the at switch connection in the future. Make sure the cord size is equal or better than original to prevent heating in the cord.

When my spa is on heat mode pump on Low Speed it will not heat up. It says FLO and flashes do I have an air lock ??? Just changed pump a month ago.

FLO is a common signal for insufficient water flow through the heater tube. Do you see the low speed pump working? If you do, then try removing your filters, if FLO goes away then replace your filters with new ones. If not, your flow switch may not be working. You could have a legitimate flow issue caused from a clog or air-lock though.

Try removing the filter(s) and see whether or not this clears the fault. If the fault has gone install some new filters.
