When i run my doss wireless speaker threw my iphone it works great when i try to run it threw my bluyray it sounds funny like a delay

IF ALL WIRES ARE CORRECTLY BEEN SETUP OR INSTALLED THEN THE NEXT STEP IS TO CONFIGURE THE SYSTEM TO WORK ON ALL SPEAKERS...

Before the setup of the speakers' channels

• Press the SURR. button on the remote to select multichannel surround mode before adjusting the speaker settings.
• In case of sound distortion, press and hold the SOUND button to select another transmission channel for the wireless rear speakers.

Setting Speakers' Channels

1. Press to stop playback, then press SYSTEM MENU.
2. Press repeatedly to select { Audio Setup Page }.
3. Press to highlight { Speaker Setup Page }, then press .
   
   
4. Enter its submenu by pressing .
5. Press to highlight one of the options below at a time, then press .
   
   
   • { Speakers Volume } – Volume level setting for individual speakers (-6dB – +6dB).
     
     
   • { Speakers Delay } – Delay times setting in relation to the listening position/ distance for centre and surround speakers.
     
     
6. Press to adjust to the setting that best suit your surround sound needs.
7. Press OK to confirm.

Notes:

• 1 ms increase/decrease of delay time is equivalent to 30 cm change in distance. Use the longer delay time settings when the rear speakers are closer to the listener than the front speakers.
• The test tone will automatically be generated to help you judge the sound level of each speaker.

remove the pairing and re-pair it. Make sure no other music apps are running when you do so.

Paired is not connected. Connecting is the next step after pairing. Then make sure that the ilive speaker is set as the dudio output device.

Try resettin, hold home button and power button for about 25 seconds, if this doesnt work the speaker prob went out. they have two speakers, one u hear people on and the one u hear music from.

Your speaker is defective, These can be replaced and can be obtained at a fair price on ebay. if you are not capable of repairing yourself there are shops all around NZ that can repair them, just avoid Mobile phone repair and stick to the smaller businesses mostly run by asians that have shops at a lot of the malls.

I have the same problem. By any chance have u fixed the problem since last year? Do you remember what you did?

The time delay is likely caused by taking the audio signal from the TV rather than the source. I would need to know more about the components in your system and how you have them currently connected to be of further assistance.

Go into the setup menu into the audio options (use arrows on remote to go up and down menu and press left to enter the next menu to change options). By memory when I was running this just through a TV and not through a surround sound system, I had to turn off the addition speaker options in the audio menu. The one's like centre speaker etc have an small/large/off option. I had to turn these off so that all sound would come through the TV speaker only. That is about all I remember as I was trying to get this running for my aunt and I no longer have the DVD player.
