This printer have a sensor to remind the user when using a wrong paper size.
If you still using a paper that not the same with your software settings, it's still reminds you.
I solve this promblem by after print my works I just press "Cancel Jobs" button to clear a data.

The printer is having issues with the electrical connection it is currently using. Do you have it plugged into a surge protector? Or straight into a wall socket? If you have it plugged into a surge protector, I would try unplugging it and then press the button and reset the surge protector. Leave the printer unplugged from it for a 2 - 3 minutes then plug it back in. If you have it plugged directly into a wall socket, unplug the printer and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Consider redistributing the load on the socket you are using and those immediately surrounding it. You might be having problems with stead current flow. When power dips or slows it can cause just as many problems as when it spikes. Consider getting a surge protector for the printer if you don't already have one. Plug it back in after waitng the time frame noted above and after redistibuting the load on the outlets (reducing the number of things you have plugged into a single socket). That should solve your problem.

The message 009-NNN is the REQUEST PARTS message. Depend on your number(in this case 363), the part of your printer need to replace.
Try to turn off, wait atlease 15 seconds and turn on your printer again to see the message clear or not. If not, you have to call Xerox Customer Support for replacement.
