How do I fix an nec p350w projector with an dynamic contrast error?

Try cleaning the unit - I have seen a number of different symptoms when they can't breathe right.

Please check its vantilation fans, are they rotating or not?

9 Blinks is IRIS error the motor can sometimes produce a clicking sound part number 24B17981. If you pull it out and manually move the metal apart the projector should come on and stay on
