Question about GE GSL25JFPBS Side by Side Refrigerator
Water seems to be leaking out of the bottom vent inside the freezer and forming large amounts of ice in the bottom. It isn't leaking outside the fridge.
Unclogh the drain hole inside the freezer in the bottom of the bakc wall pouring hot water until the ice melted and keep pouring until goes through.Repet this every 3 or 4 months to keep it clear.

Well, short term, you'll have to unoad it and defrost manually.
Sounds like the auto-defrosting system has a problem. A likely cause is the defrost timer.
