It only has light, st/stp, mode, and rest on it.
SOURCE: Watch
Hold down the mode button and it should start blinking on the seconds. If not the mode, then the adjust button, but hold if down for a few seconds. Then if it was the mode button probibly the adjust changes the time, if the adjust , then the mode button should adjust the time. I don't know if it just adjust the seconds and then you have to move to hours and then min and so forth, but if you do just try the st/stp button. Tell me if this works, it should but if not I'm here to help. Good Luck!!!!

SOURCE: How to set a Joe Boxer wrist watch
I too have the same problem and have decided that the best solution is just to go to Kmart, the outlet for all Joe Boxer products; and tell the lady at the jewelry counter that you cannot find a manual for your Joe Boxer watch. She likely will be happy to let you see a manual and may even have a spare or can at least help you get one. If she is as friendly as the ladies at our local, she may even copy one for you, if a copier is available. You could also bring a digital camera with you that is of fairly good quality and take pictures of the manual.

When you're in the regular time mode press "set". The secons should blink. Pressing "mode" brings you to the hour spot (hour should blink). Press "adj" to change the hour. To set the min., press "mode" again and the min. spot should blink press "adj" to change. Keep pressing "mode" then "adj" until all necessary time components are set correctly. Press "set" to get to regular time mode.
