They have a restorside, a bit , that's why you have fast and slow fuses. But if they were dead, then the resistant would be infinite, so
no problems with both fuses.

The output transistors are most likely shorted and need to be replaced. Since this was a short caused by user action, there is a high probability that other components further back into the circuitry is also damaged. This is not a repair that should be attempted by a homeowner. Incorrect repairs can cause further damage, so I would suggest that you at least get a repair estimate from a local shop. If you have any electronics experience, we can then perhaps guide you through the actual repair.

Please keep us posted.

It just stopped during use and seems completely dead!

Replace the fuse located below the plug inlet on the mixer,(it is a 6.3A Fuse, 250V 5x20MM fuse from Radioshack) you have to remove the outer panel to access it. I did the same thing, it stopped working while I was mixing dough for bread, replaced it, good as new.

No High Voltage

I finally got my hands on a manual. I haven't checked as yet, but there is a 4A 250V - 5X20mm Time Lag fuse (slow blow) under a plate next to AC plug on the rear panel. I pulled the back panel to do a visual and didn't see anything burnt or fried. I'll get back to you if I discover the fuse was blown.

Where's the fuse?

Yup, I had the same problem. The unit just stopped working. I gather that this is a common problem with this model. I followed other posts elsewhere, and found the fuse behind and near the top of the control panel. There's a white, cylindrical plastic thing about 1.5-in long in one of the wires that run down from the main fuse in the upper right corner. Pop open the case (you may have to cut a plastic tie around it). I replaced the fuse. My microwave is working now. We'll see how long it lasts.
It's hard to tell what kind of fuse it is, but reading elsewhere, it's a 250V 4A 5x20mm slow-blow fuse.  I haven't found a ceramic one just like came out, but a 4-pack of glass fuses that fit the specs are $3 at Radio Shack. PN 270-1066. (No endorsement implied, it's just where I found something that worked.)

No, the fuse in question (and there appears to be another like it lower behind the control panel) isn't on any of the diagrams or parts lists.

I suspect that the fuse is 0.75 A, and I believe that it is soldered in place. Can you see that it is blown?
