My tablet does not change a lock screen picture even if i try to put a picture i want it come back with that lenovo lock screen wallpaper.

While starting the computer Press F8 and boot in safe mode. Now you should change the resolution. For better reply please let me know the operating system.

It's impossible. These pictures are deep inside a firmware. It's a system for Tocco called qualcomm. Sorry for that. Find out and read about it in good F480 forums.

You never mentioned what OS- operating software- you are using.
Open control panel> open display and choose wallpaper list. You can choose from the default list or even from images from your pictures list or downloaded list.
Now click and save.

The simplest way is to use a usb flash drive or an external drive. Simply plug it into the tablet and open it once the computer recognizes it. Create a folder on the USB Flash or External and call it TabletPics for example. Then go to where the pictures on the tablet (probably in my documents or my pictures). You can copy the one picture from the tablet by highlighting it then right clicking on it and select copy or you can select Edit then copy at the top of the window where the pictures are. Then go to the usb flash drive or external drive and paste them by selecting Edit Paste or by right clicking anywhere within the Folder we created called TabletPics and select Past.. If you have a lot of pictures you want to copy you can try clicking on the first one you want to highlight it then go down to the last one you want and press the Shift Key and hold it while you Click on the last picture you want. It will highlight every thing you selected then you can copy them as we did before with the one picture and go paste them on the usb Flash Drive or External Drive in the Folder we created called Tablet Pics.

When you are done copying the pictures to the usb flash drive or external drive from the tablet, remove it and go plug it into the computer you want to put them on. It's the same process you will be copying pictures from folder TabletPics on the usb or external to a folder on the computer. Actually you can just copy the whole tabletpics folder by clicking on it and then Paste the whole folder on to the computer in the My Pictures folder.
