Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Can't be detected by bluetooth or the network?
If bluetooth: Make sure the bluetooth is active and is attempting to bind before turning on the headset and asking it to seek.
If network: Is your SIM bad? Are you trying to get on a network the phone is not locked too (i.e. going from ATT to another network the phone needs to be unlocked first)
