If you forget the screen lock password the hard/factory reset should help. But it will wipe down all data. How to hard reset KYOCERA phone HardReset info

you can open the command center of the printer, login using the password admin00. Then go to tab "Basic", click Reset and choose the last one, which says Reset Entire Device To Factory Defaults.
If you just want to reset the frpo parameters to factory defaults, then use the command !R! FRPO INIT; EXIT;
