Step1 Plug the iPod Touch into your computer.

Power on the iPod Touch.

Press the "Home" and "Sleep/Wake" buttons together for 5-10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

the "Sleep/Wake" button but continue holding down the "Home" button.

Try to check the mail using a browser(internet explorer). check whether that domain is under blocked list or not. Click on mail options and go to blocked domain list. check in your mails as well as your sister's mail.
