If your printer print faintly, and your toners are not low, the problem lies with the imaging unit. What happens as the printer is used, a film of toner builds up on the developer/toner blades. This build up starts to block the toner that ultimately makes the image on the paper.
This can be fixed one of two ways. You can buy a new imaging unit for around $100+ but, eventually the film of toner will build up again and they you can buy another one. Or you can take your imaging unit apart and clean the developer blade(s) and you will be good to go. It will take about 20 to 40 minutes the first time you do it. I have instructions on how to do this in my Tips section.
