Hey try this,
If you have
integrated audio, then unintstall it in the device manager, restart -
it's the same as if you had a separate sound card.
But, usually it's either a bad speaker plug, plug not connected completely, etc. Take the speakers and connect them to an iPod or some other player and see if you get both channels through that.
