Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Dell-All-in-One A290 printer. Won't communicate with my new laptop . Printer will print but I still get msg no communication. Installed cd on my new laptop (Dell 1525) and the USB is connected. I can't even find the driver info on the computer after installation of cd. I can print emails, etc. but can't get to the All-in-One Solution menu like on my old computer. Sorry I'm also a little computer ignorant.
Go to Dell websitr and downlowd the updared programs and driver for the All In one printer, the problem might not be your laptop, but your printer and the software having a connection issue. check with Dell.
