Question about Cell Phones
The problem may be because any software my got hanged or any virus may create this problem so kindly check it out.
Or you may try the below steps,
1.Switch off the mobile
2.Remove the battery,sim card and the memory card
3.Hold the Switch ON/OFF button for 20 to 30 sec's
4.Now Replace the battery and the Sim card
5.After it has Switched ON,replace the Memory Card.
Check and revert back
