TV is making loud whistling noise

If you have a spare cable set, try using this in place of the existing one. Is it only one of your inputs that is doing this? If you have 2 inputs that are connected, first try switching the cables. If this doesn't fix it then it is either a problem with the tv or the input device. If the problem moves to the other input then you need to replace the cable. If switching cables doesn't work, switch to a different input. If this fixes the problem then there is an issue with the input on your tv. If neither of these fixes the problem then it is most likely a problem with your device.
Most likely there will be a problem with your cable connecting the device to the tv or with the connection between the cable and the input. If you think that it is a problem with the tv (ie. the female input socket) then I suggest getting it repaired (expensive I know) or you might be able to get a friend who is good with electronics to take a look at the connection.

My roland cube street starts making this really weird loud noise

Hi, Quick Check. Very often the input socket which is soldered directly to the circuit board, will have a broken solder joint. This is common on a very large amount of equipment. Try waggling the plug about and seeing if the noise comes and goes.
Easy fix, re-solder joint. Permanent fix, connect socket to board with flying leads, or fix socket to board with hot glue or epoxy resin.
All the best, Chris the Fader.

Why is my speaker making a beeping noise

It may due to fellow problems:
1. device interface
2. Input and wires
3. Some popping noises have to do with internal components of speakers systems that can only be fixed by those with advanced knowledge of the technology. If the above methods don't work, consider hiring a technician to diagnose your system.

Has a noise at idle, like a noisy input bearing to the gearbox, if I push the clutch in the noise stops. but the noise is not there all the time, I can make it make the noise, if I depress the clutch a few...

Throwout bearing is going out so it means you would have to remove the transmission, and also could have a bad pilot bearing out and or a broken clutch spring so it would still need to remove the transmission to fix it and then If it where me I would do a clutch job on it.

No picture, sound works, but along with high-pitched noise

My guess is that you might have the yellow (video) cable plugged into an audio input on the TV. Make sure that the yellow cable is plugged into both the video out on the DVD player and the video in on the TV. Most of these connections are color coded.

As a diagnosis, try changing the TV input (using the remote) and let me know if you still get the buzzing on the other inputs. If no, then, it's most likely your RCA connections. If yes, it's another problem.
