Can you help me set my surface watch model 33009

Are you sure the number 33009 is correct?
Most Wenger watches have 5-digit numbers starting with 7.

There is a Swiss Military Manual here:

Akribos xxiv watch

Sounds like it may be a bit sticky or need demagnetizing. A light sharp tap on the side on something like a wooden or plastic surface might help!

Remove links

  • Wrap the watch band around your wrist to determine how many links need to be removed for the watch to fit properly.
  • 2 Place the watch face-down on a flat surface.
  • 3 Look on the back of the watch band. You will find an arrow that indicates which direction you should push the pins to remove the links.
  • Find the point at which the extra links need to be removed for your watch to fit your wrist. Using a 1 mm flathead screwdriver (or the edge of one side of a pair of tweezers), push the pins in the direction indicated by the arrows.
  • Finish removing the pins with your pliers.
  • Keep the extra links in case you ever need extra room on your watch band.

How to open the back of Kenneth Cole KC3434 watch to change the battery?

    BASIC WATCH BATTERY CHANGE
Get a replacement battery for your watch. Some watches have the battery information stamped on the back plate. If yours doesn't, you'll have to wait until you've removed the old battery to see what kind of replacement watch battery you'll need.
Lay your watch face down on a non-scratching, non-skid surface. It may help to clamp the watch to the surface.
Remove the back from the watch. You might be able to pry it off with your fingernail, but you'll probably need a stiff, thin tool like a knife or screwdriver. You can also buy watch repair kits, which have the perfect tools for the job. Check the watch back for a small notch to insert your tool, but not all watches have these.
Remove the battery from the watch once the back is off. You might need to tip the watch over to let the battery fall out.
Insert the new watch battery into the proper space, first double-checking its size against the old battery to make sure it will fit. Press lightly into place.
Replace the back on your watch. Make sure you press firmly to get the back seated snugly.

If this doesnt work, then take to a local jeweler/watchmaker who is equipped with the right tools to assist you.

    Best regards.

Battery replacement. can not get back cover on.

mcdevito75 here, First look for any for any notches or cut outs on the cover, there should be a cut out on the cover for the stem, at this point line up the cut out with the stem, place the watch on a sturdy surface, Table, counter top, make sure the watch is completely flat on this surface with the cystal (glass) faceing up, now place the palm of you hand on the crystal and with even pressure press down slowly and evenly, the back should snap on.

Surface Watch Model 31819 How do you turn the alarm off?

I have a Surface Watch. Not sure if it's the same model number, but the button set up is the same. Here's what I did:

Hold down the bottom right button. While you're holding it down, press the top right button. My bottom right button doesn't seem to always work, so it made it rather difficult to figure out what has going on.
