How does one tighten a loose freezer door handle on a Jenn-Air
JFC2089H Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator?
Two long, course threaded screws are showing in-between the
handle and door face, but I can't find any access to the scew heads. Is there
another type of attachment altogether?
There is a "set screw" on the underside of the posts that connect the handle to the mounting posts on the face of the door of my Jenn-Air bottom freezer. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the set crew, which is very small (my Jenn-Air requires a 3/32" Allen wrench), and then tighten the bolt on the mounting post on the face of the freezer door. Position the handle over the post, then tighten the set screws with the Allen wrench. Cynthia
Most have a plastic end cap on the ends of the handles which have screws under them that hold the handle on the bracket. With that off you can access the other screws.

My fridge stopped making ice. I checked the voltage going to the valve for the water dispenser when the water trigger is pushed in and I have voltage. I get no voltage when it's switched to crushed or whole ice and the trigger is pushed in. The ice making tray does not fill with water. I changed the valve and still I get no water to the ice maker and my electrical problem remains. I traced the wire loom but found no problems with the wiring. What am I missing?
