Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
My blackberry pearl 8100 also has this same issue. It started with just once a month and then in the last 4 months has been a weekly problem. However, now it is nearly every hour and sometimes every 5 mins! I still have a year left in my contract and no $ to buy a new phone! I wish someone had more advice then just to "take the battery out and then reboot when you put the battery back in" because I do this EVERY time and still it continues.
I had that problem before, you have to clean the cookies, and cache etc, also very important connect your phone to a pc, go to www.vzam.net/blackberry/ to do updates in your phone, you'll see that will change your phone's life good luck!!!!! sandra =)
