call Telstra service and tell that you depend on the land line as you have a medical condition
calling the ombudsman will not get the line fixed quicker as that communication will rake at least a month to process and you have to put the complaint in writing
If you have a mobile phone number , then why is the landline repair so urgent
the ombudsman only handles problems that are stale mated between the supplier and consumer
You would be better off making the complaint directly to the local police and if not satisfied with their response contact their senior officer and go all the way to the top person
only then can the ombudsman become involved and it is not that your husbands life is threatened but because the officers will not do anything
Hi, I'm not your installer and I'm in United States. I saw your post and understand how frustrating this is. You need to contact your Internet Service Provider for the information that "Outlook" is looking for. The information is for the EMail Account Setup in Outlook. In Outlook, Select "Tools" from the menu bar and then "Accounts".
You'll need the registered EMail name that you or your provider has set up AND the Password for that account. You also need the Incoming and Outgoing "POP Server" names that ONLY your Internet Service Provider can give to you.
Your "Internet Service Provider" is the company that you have your Internet Cable or DSL Connection with. The one you pay for monthly internet service.
