Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl Smartphone
Ahev you registered the phone through the online site for your provider? it should be "service provider".blackberry.com (rogers.blackberry.com). If it's your first time to this site then you will need to setup your phone by creating a profile. You will need your ESN DEC, ESC HEX and/or your PIN number to do this. These are found on the side of the box for the phone, or under the battery if you want to turn your phone off. Once you have created an account or logged into your previously created account, find your email. It should be on the main page with a x or circle with a slash through it. Click edit, retype the password where required and click save changes. It should think for a bit and then popup saying everything sucessful. There should be a check mark next to your email when the setup is done correctly. Hope this helps.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
