Ok this is a 1 hour or longer job. I will do my best to make the steps simple and easy to follow.

I will include links to pdf text files and pics.

To prevent this power problem you should look into a battery backup system, UPS for short.
APC is the leading company for UPS. Get the largest capacity your budget can allow.

===

When the power return,it is possible to get a power surge and damage the phone in question.

===

If this phone is using the optional power supply (power pack) then make sure it's plug in a life socket.

It it still does not work then swap it with a good one. (your other two working phone)

===

If you are using a PBX box,then follow the wire of the bad phone and plug it into another RJ-11 jack.

or test the bad phone in a known good cable.

===

The price of VB-44210 is range from $59 used to $125 recondition now.

I strongly recommend you to do the steps above to verify the condition of the phone.

APC UPS is a must!

Please email me the result of these test.

I check my email my all day until 11:00pm PST.

Please keep me up to day.

I have a panasonic A-616 after power failure the system restored but none of the phones will ring just the line lights flash

Either the software took a spike and jumbled up programming or the memory capacitor no longer functions.
Call a tech/vendor to reprogram and advise on future for power fails.

Call Out line is lost

If you truly have a TD-816/1232 system consistent with the 74xx series phones, and not the 7130 you posted under, you need to find out what line you lost, or how another phone is programmed.

Go to a working phone, press PROGRAM 99 and the buttons on the key strip. They should say CO-001, 002, 003 etc. Now go to the non-working phone and do the same thing. A C.O. is programmed by the code 0 + the 2 or 3 digit trunk number, so you press the missing line button and dial 0-(0)01 STORE or 0-(0)04 STORE, depending on which end you lost it from.

Pick up the handset and hang it back up to exit programming.

Panasonic DMR EH75V - no channel guide after power went out

since there was power failure , the settings( channel guide) that u had programmed has got earsed completly & u will have to reprogram (memorise)them
this has happened because there is a small capacitor(looks like a small battery) which keeps the memory has lost its charge & needs to be replaced.its job is to store the details in case of power failure!!!

We have the Panasonic KX-T7433 model of phones at our office. Yesterday I set about to re-programme some of the extensions and now, as a result I have lost the outside line for the phones that I have been...

I just found this, which had the process for programming a CO button as a one-touch. And it worked. It's a bit easier to follow than the panasonic manual so hopefully it will have an answer.

Panasonic VB-43223

This phone you have is on a Panasonic DBS phone system. The phone system can be programmed to have any combinations of telephones ring under different circumstances. If you can swap phones around (with another known working phone) and the phone at that location still does not ring then it is definitely in the programming for that location not to ring. The phone system would have to be programmed. In that case you would need to get someone (phone system installation company) familiar with the system you have to re-program it. A phone system Programming manual would be required (not a user guide).
